Mente Ventures LLC provides digital creative services including, but not limited to:

• Indie game development and interactive digital experiences
• Music production, mixing, mastering, and audio arrangement
• Digital media creation and creative storytelling

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are the exclusive property of Mente Ventures LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services or systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our services without express written permission

5. Payment Terms

For paid services, payment terms will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of work. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, and bank transfer (Mercury/Wise).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mente Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mente Ventures LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
